Who Is Responsible
This website is operated by Alexey Goretskiy. For privacy requests, use the contact form on the resume website or the public profile links listed there.
What This Website Collects
The static resume website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. The hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, may process technical request data such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
Contact Form
The contact form is provided by Microsoft Forms. It is not loaded automatically. It loads only after you press Open form or open the form link yourself. When you use the form, Microsoft and Alexey Goretskiy may process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message subject, and message text.
Purposes And Legal Basis
Submitted contact form data is used to read, respond to, and manage your message. Technical request data is used to host, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the website. Where GDPR applies, the usual legal bases are your consent for loading and submitting the Microsoft Forms contact form, and legitimate interests for website security and operation.
Service Providers
- Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers the website.
- Microsoft Forms provides the optional contact form.
- GitHub stores the public source repository and deployment source.
Retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to review and respond to your message, unless a longer retention period is required for legitimate administrative, security, or legal reasons.
Your Rights
Where GDPR applies, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
International Transfers
Cloudflare, Microsoft, and GitHub may process data in multiple countries. Their own privacy and data processing terms describe their transfer safeguards and subprocessors.
